I hereby waive the confidentiality requirements that apply to my bar examination scores, including any requirements of New Jersey Court Rule 1:23-3(a), to the extent of authorizing the New Jersey Board of Bar Examiners to release my bar examination scores (including scores on all constituent parts) to the law school from which I attained my Juris Doctor (JD) (if either Rutgers Law School or Seton Hall University School of Law). The scores provided to the law school by the Board are intended for the internal use of the faculty and staff of the law school and are not to be released to third parties. I also understand that the law school may not release the scores to me.
