NCBE Issues Statement Regarding July 2022 UBE and Recent Supreme Court Decisions

The National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE), which is the creator of the July 2022 Uniform Bar Examination, has issued the following statement:  “Examinees taking the NCBE-developed July 2022 MBE, MPT, and MEE will not be required to be familiar with this term's US Supreme Court decisions.”
