Fees are non-refundable. Make SURE you meet all the requirements for admission before you apply. Applicants may request a review of their employment history prior to application. Please refer to the form under the Application Tab at njbarexams.org.

Complete applications are processed in the order in which they are received. Items 1 through 4 (in the instructions) must be received for the application to be considered complete. Do not call the office to check on the status of your application. An acknowledgement packet will be posted to your User Home Page after items 1 through 4 are received. Applicants must read the entire packet and follow the instructions contained therein. Motion applicants have 60 days to submit all standard documentation or your file may be abandoned and you will be required to refile your application and pay the fee again.
